    All properties come fully equipped with full kitchens complete with modern appliances, fast Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, dining and living areas and private outdoor spaces. Smart TVs are included in every bedroom along with the living area, with access to streaming services (guests use their own logins).

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    All properties have free parking available. Please see individual property details for further information. 

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early check in and Late check out is subject to availability and extra charges apply.  Please ask. 

  • Are your properties suitable for contractors and long stays?

    Yes. Our properties are specifically designed for professionals, contractors and relocators requiring comfortable, longer-term accommodation.


    We provide separate beds where possible, generous living space, fully equipped kitchens and reliable high-speed WiFi to ensure your team can relax and recharge after work.


    Discounted rates are available for stays of 28 nights or more.

  • Is housekeeping included?

    For longer stays, a mid-stay clean with linen change is included every two weeks to maintain high standards of comfort and cleanliness.


    Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.

  • Are shops, supermarkets and takeaways nearby?

    All of our properties are located in convenient residential areas with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway delivery services.
